QU wins award at Fourth Qatar Sustainability Awards 2020

Department of Facilities and General Services at Qatar University (QU) won an award in Green Educational Building category at Fourth Qatar Sustainability Awards 2020 organized by Qatar Green Building Council (QGBC), a member of Qatar Foundation (QF).

The Award was received by Eng. Mai Fetais, Director of Facilities and General Services, she expressed her joy on this auspicious occasion on winning the award on behalf of QU.

Qatar Sustainability Awards aim to recognize the efforts, commitment, and contributions of individuals, institutions and organizations in furthering sustainable development and environmental protection in Qatar and beyond. The 4th annual Qatar Sustainability Awards welcomes nominations in various categories in line with the needs and trends of the green building and sustainability industries. The main categories include green buildings, green hospitality, green service providers, building products and technologies, green research and sustainability initiatives.
